I loved the Full Body Cleanse. I was more energetic during the 10 days and exercised everyday. I also did not have any craving for sweets during the cleanse. The pills were easy to swallow and i was able to follow a raw diet during the cleanse.The full body cleanse allowed me to lose eight pounds and i lost inches of my waist and other areas on my body.i have struggled for years trying to decrease the size of my waist, but was unsuccessful.
