I started my weight loss journey Jan 7th, own my own I loss 22lbs of my 50lbs goal within the first month. Then I reached a plateau the very next month and started to gain weight again leaving me at a 15lbs weight loss. So I ordered this cleanse. I decided to try the 10 day cleanse. It was my first time detoxing or trying these products so I decided to try this since it is only 10 days. I gotta say its the first 2 days that are the toughest. I took the 10 day Full Body Cleanse and boy it was good.The first day I started it you can actually feel the difference and if you try to eat something that is outside of the Dherbs menu it comes right out its good for discipline reason I always use it right before I go out of town and my results are always outstanding. *
