I would recommend this to anyone. It was difficult for the first 3 days, however I felt energized. I woke up early and was not tired during the day. I will purchase it again but this time I will use the 20 day full body cleanse. *

I benefited from the 10 day FBC just as much as the 20 day FBC but in a less amount of time. I like to use this cleanse 3x yearly approaching each season. It’s a great way to kick start the season with eliminating waste and toxins. I recommend this cleanse for the person that thinks 20 days is too long as a way to prepare the mind and body for the 20 day FBC cleanse. I eat a raw diet that is flavorful and fulfilling. I gather most of my raw foods recipes off of the Dherbs website. On average I lose 7lbs on the 10 day FBC Express. *

I completed the 20 day cleanse first and had great results. I decided to try the 10 day as I wanted to see what the shorter time would do for me. I lost 11lbs with the 10 day cleanse and feel great. I recommend both, requires discipline, but totally worth it. I worked out during the cleanse and I believe that assisted with the weight loss. I found this one to be better for me vs the 20 day, but I would definitely do both of them again. *

I did the 10 day cleanse and was very pleased with the cleanse. I thought I would need to stay close to home but that was not the case. This cleanse is easy to follow. I had no pains, headaches, being lethargic or other side effects people generally experience with a cleanse. I had a lot of energy and never felt tired or irritable. THIS WORKED FOR ME!!! I started the 10 Day Full Body Cleanse Express and when I started I was in the midst of my annual spring allergy attack. Once I started the regimen my allergies ceased!! However, I only stayed on the raw food diet for 3 days I still lost 5 lbs and my allergies disappeared!! I did feel better but my love for chicken was my demised!! I can only imagine the results if I would have completed the raw food regimen. Oh yeah... I did continue to take the herbs for the 10 days!! I wish they would add a herb that can help with curbing your appetite. I am going to buy me another 10 day and try it again!! *
