I did the 10 Day Full Body Cleanse. I heard of the product on the radio and wanted to try it for myself. I am so glad that I believed the hype! It did exactly what I heard it would do. I ordered the10 day full body day cleanse because I knew 20 days would be a bit much for me starting off. My main purpose was to "gut" my system by cleaning it out so I could lose more pounds effectively and just get an overall better feeling. I thought in the beginning what would really do me in was not having my morning coffee. But on day 2 I didn't even think about it going forward. I lost 8lbs and have kept it off since the first week of July when I did the cleanse. I want to lose 10 more pounds to achieve my goal PLUS I have a physical in the later part of September so I want to really feel better. This cleanse has also helped me to make better food choices afterwards because I did not want to return to that old sluggish feeling like I had when I used to eat certain foods. I've learned how to distinguish the way my body feels. I recommend everybody to try Dherbs at least once. I tell you I AM SOLD on it! And I can truly be a skeptic at times. *
