Definitely does what it says it will do. I noticed my breast were perky and full after only a few days, but if you skip days they will return to where there started. But with continued use you can have full perky breast. Also I had mild soreness (could have also been caffeine use) that went away after a few days of using the herbs. *

After 1 month I think it’s doing something I just don’t know what. I am also using the breast oil as well but since I workout, I don't put it under my breast because it makes it itchy and raw. I am willing to purchase for another 2 months. *
