I love this Mucus Formula! I'm currently a vegetarian who consumes cheese every now and then. When I do, phlegm tends to come up. I'll take 2 or 3 capsules about an hour after I have eaten something with cheese and the phlegm is gone! This also comes in handy when I eat a lot of mucus forming foods throughout the day. *

I have to say that this mucus supplement does exactly what it says. I have been taking Mucus Formula for the past 2 weeks and I am still coughing up mucus. I just did the Full Body Cleanse a few months back but I am still consuming some dairy products and refined grains. I have cut that down to 50%. I can't believe that I am still coughing up mucus.
