My products arrived on Saturday. I started taking the Weight Release Formula today and noticed right away that my appetite was suppressed. I ate breakfast at 8:15 and didn’t eat again for 6 hours. It helped me to slowly lose inches, but if you stopped for a week or 2, the weight will slowly creep back up. Only slowly though. But I did lose at least 15 pounds. *
