Excellent express cleanse. It worked for me as maintenance. I did my 20 day cleanse and it really changes some of my habits but more importantly I saw my body to improve its functions. My menstrual cycle regularized. Cramps went away. I felt more energized and ongoing. I can definitely recommend. *

Faithfully followed the ten day regimen, lost five pounds, didn't feel any different until several days later. I noticed no sensitivity to foods I had previously avoided. It's wonderful to be able to eat like a normal person. Will probably repeat the cleanse in a year. *

When I tell you these products work!!! Wow. I’m a healthy and active person. I workout 5-7 days a week. My body is in pretty good shape except this mom pouch stomach I can’t seem to get rid off. I’ve tried multiple things including not eating carbs at all but nothing worked. Couldn’t get past 130 lbs for the life of me. I did the 10 day cleanse and I started dropping lbs in the first 2 days.
