The 10 Day Full Body Cleanse was an excellent way for me to recharge this Spring. I needed to lose a few pounds and have energy to handle major "Spring Cleaning" around my house. I decided to do the 10 Cleanse because I plan follow up with a 10 Day Specialty Cleanse. I am sure I will have excellent results as well. The recipes on the DHerbs website helped me to have a variety of raw selections that I believe added to the success of the 10 Day Cleanse. I would definitely recommend the 10 Day Cleanse to anyone who needs a great "pick-me-up-and-get-started" way in life. *

I absolutely loved the express full body cleanse. The biggest thing I noticed while using this product was the energy that I felt throughout the day. I didn’t feel sluggish and felt very vibrant. I was regular and felt light. I didn’t have any side effects using this product and tea was very yummy. I even used the charcoal to brush my teeth once a day and my teeth was whiter after the use of the cleanse. I am planning to do the 20 day cleanse very soon. I lost 7 lbs. in the first 3 days of the 10 Day Full Body Cleanse Express but nothing since. The tea has no taste to me after a couple of days. I have stuck with it but am feeling hungry today. I am looking forward to it being over in 2 days. Since I have never been a very disciplined eater, I'm proud of not cheating. I've been very good about taking the supplements when due and eating only raw food. I do not like the way my stomach bubbles/growls most of the time. I do notice my skin is clearer and feels better to the touch. Also, my normally congested head & nose are totally clear and I've only sneezed twice since I've been on this regimen. *
