I take this every so often, however, you have to be discipline. Overall I like all Dherbs products, it’s healthy w/o added bad stuff. It’s always my go to following weight release. I actually tried the product and liked it! It's kinda hard taking so many pills but I did it. I'm a tea drinker so the tea was great! Didn't have to add anything. If I hadn't cheated a little, I probably would've lost more. 7lbs wasn't that bad! I might try it again with no cheating! *
