If we need a refresher this is the product to us. First, it's only for 10days, it goes by quickly. The capsules are easy to swallow, you begin to feel better after two days with clarity of mind and flushing on impurities. The plan is easy to follow, I kept it simple with smoothies and salads. Bonus was losing 8lbs, more energy and cleared up my skin. *

The 10 Day Full Body Cleanse Express is not easy. Prepare yourself. The raw vegan diet is restrictive but necessary. It helped to restart my system and flattened my waistline as i wanted but it’s not permanent. Will try again in a few months. *

It works great if you follow the plan. I have a sensitive stomach therefore, was in pain most of the time. I would recommend this product. *

Loved this product! My husband and I have done the 20 day cleanse previously and released 20 or more pounds each time. We did the 10 day Express cleanse this time because a trip came up for us that would not allow for the 20 day. We saw similar results as we did with the 20 day cleanse, however we did not lose as much. This is a very good option if you are new to cleansing or you have a quicker turnaround time.
