If you follow the instructions, you will get the results you are looking for. I’ve done this cleanse several times and lose at least 10 lbs when I really do what I’m supposed to. I always still have enough energy to work out as well. I feel amazing when I’m on the cleanse. I don’t gain the weight back as long as I transition into clean eating right after the cleanse is over. *

I tried the 10 Day Full Body Cleanse Express from Dherbs and it worked just as good as the 20 Day Full Body Cleanse. It gave me the similar results with less time. I dropped 10 lbs and felt great. I would recommend the 10 Day Express Cleanse for anyone who needs a little pick me up and rejuvenation but doesn't have the time for the 20 Day Full Body Cleanse. *

Just completed my 10 day cleanse. I feel Great! Not to mention I lost 10 lbs. The capsules take very little effort to swallow, the tea is very good, & the charcoal looks horrific but has zero taste. Love it. The dherbs full body cleanse is apart of my life now. *
