The 10 Day Full Body Cleanse Express is not easy. Prepare yourself. The raw vegan diet is restrictive but necessary. It helped to restart my system and flattened my waistline as i wanted but it’s not permanent. Will try again in a few months. *

I tried the 10 Day Full Body Cleanse Express from Dherbs and it worked just as good as the 20 Day Full Body Cleanse. It gave me the similar results with less time. I dropped 10 lbs and felt great. I would recommend the 10 Day Express Cleanse for anyone who needs a little pick me up and rejuvenation but doesn't have the time for the 20 Day Full Body Cleanse. *

If you follow the instructions, you will get the results you are looking for. I’ve done this cleanse several times and lose at least 10 lbs when I really do what I’m supposed to. I always still have enough energy to work out as well. I feel amazing when I’m on the cleanse. I don’t gain the weight back as long as I transition into clean eating right after the cleanse is over. *

I feel the raw diet didn't provide me with enough protein. On the 20 Day Cleanse I have to be better prepare with my food preparation. My wife said I look good through! *

I have found positive results from the using the 10 Day Full Body Cleanse Express. Outside losing weight, I can say that the intrinsic feel was the most noticeable(lack of need for caffeine, higher glucose sensitivity in terms of palate). My skin also seemed to respond pretty well to the cleanse, my eczema seemed to slightly be less in irritated and discoloration is a little lighter *
