The 10 day cleanse was ok. It really cleanses your body but it did not give me any energy. I did not loose the amount of weight I wanted to loose but I did loose some. I would recommend this product. Because each individual is different and everyone would have different results. *

May need one more cleanse, I feel better but think one more would put me over the top. *

I read the reviews prior to starting this product. As stated the first three days were the hardest. I didn't lose much weight but I felt better. I enjoyed most of the recipes. My blood pressure was down so much my doctor was even excited. This product did interfere with my night medication. I had to figure out the best way to approach it. I will try the 10 day again. Not sure if I am ready to do the 20 day cleansing. *

I think the program was nice, it helped me to focus more on what I have been putting in my body, this was my first time going on any type of body clean. I know this is something I will be doing once a year now it helped me cleanse my system and I have a lot more energy after the 10 day Full Body Cleanse. *

Loved it, body feels great. Just wasn't a fan of having that spinach taste in my mouth for over a week. Missed warm food. But it has rebooted my body. Appetite is smaller and cravings have gone away - somewhat. Love the tea and just bought some other products. Bye Bye coffee, your hold on me is gone. *

I just like how the 20 day Full Body Cleanse, cleansed me out better than anything. I did try the 10 Express Cleanse and I found it easier to keep up with. *

Great products, I have used the 10 day and 20 day cleanses. I really do recommend them for a great feeling and energy - a must try. I lost 7 pounds on the 10 day fb express cleanse and 11 pounds on the 20 day cleanse. I will use quarterly bc there is no harsh bowel movements. The raw diet was the hardest part but I will do it again. Great product! *

I had a heart attack in 2019. I started doing the cleanse as a way to help me stay healthy. I loved it! My skin was smoother and brighter. I did cheat a little and probably ate more fruit than I should have. I also hate raw nuts so I would eat nuts that were honey roasted or something like that. I still ended up losing about 10 pounds. I am about to do the cleanse for about the 3rd or 4th time. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the activated charcoal. It can be annoying to handle or manage. It doesn't really have a taste, but I struggle sometimes with the texture. Other than that the pills are easy to swallow (this is big for someone like me) and 10 days is just the right amount of time. *
