This program was easy to follow but I did feel hungry at time which is why I prefer the 20 day cleanse. I loved it but just feel like the 20 day is a better product for me. *

I had a heart attack in 2019. I started doing the cleanse as a way to help me stay healthy. I loved it! My skin was smoother and brighter. I did cheat a little and probably ate more fruit than I should have. I also hate raw nuts so I would eat nuts that were honey roasted or something like that. I still ended up losing about 10 pounds. I am about to do the cleanse for about the 3rd or 4th time. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the activated charcoal. It can be annoying to handle or manage. It doesn't really have a taste, but I struggle sometimes with the texture. Other than that the pills are easy to swallow (this is big for someone like me) and 10 days is just the right amount of time. *

I tried the 10 day full body cleanse for the first time and was amazed at how much energy I had afterwards. I could really feel it working in a positive direction. I would recommend this cleanse if you are able to just eat the raw fruits and veggies recommend. I will admit, it was hard sticking to the diet portion but after day two I was fine. I would not recommend starting off with the 20 day cleanse...unless you are disciplined to eat the recommended diet. I will do this cleanse again in a few months. Thanks for a great product! *

I took off one star because I can tell it's working but I have been in crippling pain at the same time every day. It won't go away until I use the bathroom but it happens at work so it can be a little inconvenient. I read that it should only make you use the bathroom at night but that hasn't been the case for me. *

I wasn't sure what to expect and it was a little challenging for me not eating meat and I did not strictly stick to the no meat but I did increase my raw foods and lost 7 pounds. I can say that I feel any different as far as energy, but my goal is to lose the unhealthy fat. *

For me this product exceeded my expectations. It wasn't hard to take the pills. The routine wasn't hard to follow. I lost 14 lbs as well. My first time was 4 months ago and I plan on doing it again next month. One last thing, I had no craving during the entire 20 days. Great product! *

The cleansing tea is what I thought did the work. I did take the herbs as instructed, however I did not complete the charcoal dosage. I did lose 3 lbs. I would like to know if I can complete the charcoal with the digestive and colon tea cleanse??? I was satisfied with the 10 day cleanse. *

This was a great cleanse to start of with before diving into my first 20-day cleanse with Dherbs. It is great to do if you are new to cleansing. *

This product was just the jump start I needed to get back into the healthy swing of things. I noticed a difference after the cleanse in how my eating habits changed for the better and how I felt healthy again. I am going to try the full body cleanse next. *
