I have taken a variety of other multi-vitamins in the past but these are very gentle on my stomach. *

My wife and I take the multi-vitamins daily. We love the fact that the vitamins are 100% vegetarian as well as digestable. My 8 year daughter did a science project comparing the herbal multi-vitamins to the process multi-vitamins. Her experiment conclude that the herbal multi-vitamins were 100% dissolvable in warm water while the processed multi-vitamins were not (had some tiny solid particles to remain in solution). *
