This is the 2nd time I have used this. It works very well and I usually take half the dosage, so it last longer. I don't take medications and the effects are smoother. The activated carbon is a mess but I usually pour it in a ziplock so it's easier to manage. You might consider a more user friendly package. I will probably keep doing this every year. Thank you! *

100% The 10 days wasn't as bad I thought it would have been. I was not in and out the bathroom and the pills did not cramp my stomach. The tea was pleasant tasting both hot and cold. Eating "clean" was a challenge but, I did it. I find pre preparing my meals VERY helpful...it helps with not second guessing on what to eat and from not grabbing a quick bite from the nearest fast food restaurant. I felt my insides were clean because my stool was "clean". An added bonus to this cleanse was the fact I lost 5 pounds. Now, if I have to say anything negative about the product...it would the charcoal....hated it, didn't understand it and the taste was.....charcoal! *

I lost 8 lbs on the 10 day cleanse and have kept it off. It was an awesome cleanse for wanting to do a shorter time than the 20 day, plus less capsules. I am definitely going to do the 10 day cleanse again. The first couple days I felt a bit fatigued and sluggish but that quickly changed and I actually felt great! *

The 10 day full cleanse was easier than I thought it would be. I was able to lose 12 pounds which was great because I had been stuck at the same weight for months no matter what I did. I have always loved fruits and vegetables so not eating meat wasn't too bad for me. I will definitely incorporate eating raw foods at least 2 -3 days a week going forward. I had a lot more energy. *

I am 4 days in the cleanse. Doing well. The herbs do not upset my stomach and the tea doesn't taste bad. It's completely doable. Before the cleanse my brain was not connected to my stomach. I would eat without being hungry. Quantities were too big. Now I'm simply trying to reset. I have around 10 lbs to lose. *
