So I am about to start another round of 10 day body cleanse express. I feel like it’s time to do a quick express cleanse because it truly helps me. I feel so good when I am on the cleanse and using the Dherbs recipes. And on top of that I have more energy but not too much. I generally suffer from insomnia but when I am doing the cleanse I have no issues falling asleep and getting a good nights rest. *

This is a great way to start the process for beginners. Loved the results and will continue to use this and other products. I am going to do the 20 day Full Body Cleanse. Once that is completed I am going to do the maintenance package. I was concerned about the bowel movement. In the past, other products for bowel movements would cramp my stomach very bad. This product did not do that. You do have a sensation when it is time but no cramping. I also did not have the worry of running straight to the restroom to avoid an accident. *

This cleanse helped me reach my weight loss goal and helped me in the process of lowering my A1C by 2 points. I recommend highly!!! I have since put the Detox Formula on auto ship. I have also decreased my medications because of losing weight and living healthier. The 10 Day Full Body Cleanse Express was easy to follow, I felt in control the entire time. The tea was tasty, the charcoal blend was not bad, overall I thoroughly enjoyed the cleanse. I would try the 20 day but the 10 was good enough for me. I felt engaged the entire 10 days. I have maintained the weight loss and feel really good. *
