I have used DHerbs several times and each time I am very satisfied with the results. The hardest part for me is eating raw food when the weather is cold. It works! *

I lost 5lbs but did not eat the raw foods . I’m sure if you follow it exactly you can lose more but 5lbs is a good result. *

For me, the 10 day Full Body Cleanse express did a good job of preparing my body for the 20 day weight release cleanse. My goal was to release 10 pounds in preparation for a special event wherein I had about 30 days before the event. Past experience with my using both the 20 day full body and 20 day weight release cleanses have been very effective and the express did not disappoint. The express cleanse is a great alternative especially when you are pinched for time. *

The products seem to be of genuine quality and did not have any side effects. I had improved energy and lost some weight. I could've lost more if had really stuck to the clean eating. I will order this again and recommend these products for anyone looking to make a lifestyle change, want to jump start a diet, or an assist in losing those last stubborn 10 lbs. *

My hope to that it would have done more in the weight loss area. But since my blood workup did improve, I won't complain. I will do it again in the future but currently can't afford it. *
