The cleanse worked really well. Instructions were easy to follow and the preparation was great. I felt much better physically by day 2 or 3. The charcoal was the hardest part so I would drink it as quick as possible. I lost 8 lbs and I didn't follow the meal plan to perfection but still got results. *

For me, the 10 day Full Body Cleanse express did a good job of preparing my body for the 20 day weight release cleanse. My goal was to release 10 pounds in preparation for a special event wherein I had about 30 days before the event.
