The products seem to be of genuine quality and did not have any side effects. I had improved energy and lost some weight. I could've lost more if had really stuck to the clean eating. I will order this again and recommend these products for anyone looking to make a lifestyle change, want to jump start a diet, or an assist in losing those last stubborn 10 lbs. *

My hope to that it would have done more in the weight loss area. But since my blood workup did improve, I won't complain. I will do it again in the future but currently can't afford it. *

Omg I just finished the cleanse on June 10th and I started on June 1st...my 1st time trying it....it was a rough 1st day....but I worked my mind and brain up to doing it a month b4...and when I tell u it was so worth it and I definitely would and want to do it again really soon..I lost about 9 pounds and felt so much lighter and cleansed...and rejuvenated....I just ordered the follow up cleanse 2 days ago...I cant wait till it gets here so I can start it asap....after going to the grocery store...I even bought the recipe book to go with it...I'm so excited I would deff recommend this to boost and start anyone's weight lost journey.... *

The product was a great choice. I was able to reach my desired results which was to lose some weight (17lbs) and reduce my blood sugar levels (A1C). I felt good during and after. The 2nd time I wasn’t as successful. I wasn’t able to maintain the program. Would definitely try it again especially if the price is discounted. Highly recommend it. *

I found the booklet to be very helpful in explaining the process. Having never done a true cleanse before, it outlined what foods to start with, a schedule and exercises. The weight loss tea alone works great and along with exercise I am still seeing a significant change. I'll be doing the cleanse for a longer period this time around! *

I've never cleanse my body before so I wanted to ease into the process. The 10 Day Express cleanse was perfect for that. I definitely saw positive changes and if your goal is to loose weight, you must stick to the diet recommendations. No meat, dairy, carbs, or sugar. I personally wasn't trying to loose weight; I just wanted to cleanse my body of toxicity, but I also dropped 9 lbs in one week. You have to choke down A LOT of pills (some of them have that strong "grassy" taste)...that's the only thing I didn't like about thecleanse. But it does work. The colon/digestive formula is pretty intense so I had to cut back to 4 pills instead of 5. Overall, if you're mentally prepared to do this, you won't be disappointed. *
