I like this product so much I thought I would try a full 20 days. It was not the same and I did not get the same results. I was very pleased with the 10 day! *

This was a great cleanse to start of with before diving into my first 20-day cleanse with Dherbs. It is great to do if you are new to cleansing. *

Took this 10 day cleanse and immediately saw results. I had a better diet, exercised more and saw 10 pound drop in my weight. I will definitely take this cleanse again!!!! *

I took off one star because I can tell it's working but I have been in crippling pain at the same time every day. It won't go away until I use the bathroom but it happens at work so it can be a little inconvenient. I read that it should only make you use the bathroom at night but that hasn't been the case for me. *

The cleanse worked fairly well. I ate as many salads as I could and fruit but I can’t just live like that too long. I eat cooked food after I get off of the cleanse in moderation. I still eat the salads for a meal and a salad with some cooked food when the cleanse is complete. I have lost from starting the cleanse last year and doing eat several times a year around 30 pounds that I am pleased to have accomplished. The maintenance plan helps me keep the weight down as well. *

I only lost 5 lb but I was able to keep it off and I no longer have heart burn. I felt lighter and didn't crave anything after I finished the cleanse. Was not to crazy about the charcoal but I used it anyway. Never liked tea before but came to like this tea. I am now going to do the maintenance program. My daughter said it worked for her. *

Felt good after the ten day cleanse and I had more energy. *

Another great product from Dherbs, works well for me. I am about to order another set. Thank you Dherbs for these great products. *
