I have done the 10 day cleanse two different occasions and I think it works good. I was able to drop some unwanted pounds that I couldn't do without the cleanse. The first time I did the cleanse I was a little light headed when trying to exercise I guess it was the change in eating. I would definitely recommend to people who want to do a change. *

This was my first time using Dherbs. I would say to anyone who has had any type of digestive surgery to be careful. There may be some pain or discomfort the first couple of days. I knew my body had become toxic and I need something that would help. This was the best product. This cleanse worked wonders. I feel better, sleep better, skins better. These 10 days were not hard. I had no real cravings. There were times when I was not hungry at all but knew I had to eat something. I lost 14 pounds. I couldn't believe it. I loved most that I did not crave the foods I normally love - CARBS all kinds, SUGAR and DAIRY. Its an amazing product ! I don't think I could do the 21 days. I have to have my Baked Chicken at some point. But eating Raw - I will definitely do more of. I needed the change and Dherbs was that change for me. I have recommended it to others. It works great if you follow the plan. I have a sensitive stomach therefore, was in pain most of the time. I would recommend this product. *

It was very hard to eat raw fruit and veggies. The first 3 days were the worse by day 4 I had lots of energy. Started feeling good and it was easier to follow the rules. I began to exercise to burn up energy. By day 7 and 8 I wished I had done the Full Body Cleanse. With the 10 day cleanse I lost 8 lbs. I am still following the rules only eat a cooked meal for dinner. All together I have lost 12 lbs. I do plan to do the cleanse again in about another month or so. *

I absolutely love this cleanse. I was dropping off a pound a day. It was hard at first but i stuck to it. Im closer to my goal now then ever. *
