It works great if you follow the plan. I have a sensitive stomach therefore, was in pain most of the time. I would recommend this product. *

It was very hard to eat raw fruit and veggies. The first 3 days were the worse by day 4 I had lots of energy. Started feeling good and it was easier to follow the rules. I began to exercise to burn up energy. By day 7 and 8 I wished I had done the Full Body Cleanse. With the 10 day cleanse I lost 8 lbs. I am still following the rules only eat a cooked meal for dinner. All together I have lost 12 lbs. I do plan to do the cleanse again in about another month or so. *
