I purchased the 10 day full body cleanse express for a quick jumpstart to changing my lifestyle for the better. My cholesterol was a little high & I wanted to bring it back down to normal levels. I followed the meal plan as best as I could and overall I had great energy (I was able to get up early with no problems & I AM NOT a morning person), I dropped 10lbs, my skin cleared up a bit and I know my body was ridding itself of impurities. The cleanse helped to bring out an underlying issue with my lymphatic system that I had no idea about. I’m grateful I was able to address this problem now before it got any more serious. I will be purchasing the 20 day cleanse since I was very satisfied with my result. *

I am currently deployed overseas and I will say to get to the Middle East it took about 10 days. I took the product and it was great to jump start my weight loss Covid 19 hit hard but the cleanse helped me fight off everything. I usually do the 20 day I tried this and it was perfect I have continued losing weight even after I completed the regiment! Dherbs delivered again I think something I’m going to continue taking is the tea it was way definitely needed! *

I am 4 days in the cleanse. Doing well. The herbs do not upset my stomach and the tea doesn't taste bad. It's completely doable. Before the cleanse my brain was not connected to my stomach. I would eat without being hungry. Quantities were too big. Now I'm simply trying to reset. I have around 10 lbs to lose. *

The 10 day full cleanse was easier than I thought it would be. I was able to lose 12 pounds which was great because I had been stuck at the same weight for months no matter what I did. I have always loved fruits and vegetables so not eating meat wasn't too bad for me. I will definitely incorporate eating raw foods at least 2 -3 days a week going forward. I had a lot more energy. *

I completed the 10 day cleanse recently. This will be by second time doing so. The first time was in 2018. I love this regiment because the supplements were very gentle on my stomach and I felt great at the end of the cleanse ! As well, I really love the great recipes that they have to give you ideas of what to eat along with the cleanse. I will definitely continue using those because they look scrumptious !!! *

I have used this product before and it always fulfills my needs. It's great for before and after I come from a vacation or I'm away from home for long periods, because I know I done something 'bad" on my eating habit. So get up the good work DHERBS. *
