I love the female cleanse! This women's detox really helps the reproductive system. Last year I found out a cyst on my ovary that caused a lot of pain. I didn’t want to do surgery so I did the female cleanse. While on the cleanse the cyst ruptured on its own - no pain or anything - but I noticed while on my cycle I had lots of clots. So when I went in for a follow up, that’s when my Obgyn told me the cyst ruptured in that it was passing through my cycle. I had an ultrasound done. NOTHING. No pain!!!!!! While extremely hard to do at first The Female Cleanse was definitely worth it! I had lost 12 lbs on the scale after just the first 4 days but there were a few times where I added half a piece of grilled chicken on my salad. After that the number on the scale didn't move much but I definitely noticed positive changes "down there" either way. Also some of my pants and jeans started to be a bit looser. I will definitely do another cleanse in the near future. *
