I usually drink a cup of the the black seed tea in the evening after work and it just settles me down. The taste is smooth, not too strong and I don’t even have to add much sweetener. *

Although i am not a big tea drinker, I really do like the black seed and rooibos tea. The name was a little challenging when I was considering the purchase but I am really glad that I took the chance. Although I only drink it periodically, maybe once a week, I really look forward to it as does my wife. We can usually get two steeping cups out of each bag. *

I like Black Seed & Rooibos Tea and the wonders it does for me before bed and first thing in the morning, I also give this to my daughter since it’s not overwhelming even though I’m not a big fan of black seed.
