I'm speechless because I have done at least 20 of your cleanses and they are amazing. The nerve cleanse really calmed my nervous system and I was able to sleep better. During the day I was calm because I'm pretty hyper. I encourage every one to do these herbs. Your body will thank you. I have done the full body cleanse 4 times - it is that amazing. *

This is a long review, sorry lol. I was very impressed by this cleanse and it has helped me tremendously. I was having issues with insomnia and stress and tried everything to resolve it but nothing helped. I even had a prescription but I didn’t want to continue taking meds to sleep. My Dr. felt like the insomnia was due to the amount of stress I was under; in the last 6 months I’ve had a thyroidectomy due to Graves’ disease, orbital decompression surgery to repair damage done to my eyes due to thyroid eye disease, and just dealing with a lot of personal issues. I wanted to use something natural to help with my insomnia and from items purchased before, I knew that Dherbs products worked and were quite potent. I read up on the nerve cleanse and this time I searched every herb they had listed before I decided to buy. Not only was I dealing with insomnia and healing from my surgeries but my thyroid disease wrecked havoc on my body for the last 4 years of my life. I was dealing with depression, anxiety, IBS-C, became malnourished, I felt like I was off, like I wasn’t as sharp mentally and it was hard to learn or remember things. I wanted the cleanse for my insomnia but it helped me in other ways. With this cleanse, you take 30 pills a day of different formulas but I didn’t care I needed sleep. I didn’t completely eat raw but I ate better, eliminating a lot of mea, added sugars and processed foods. I made sure to drink a smoothie each day that includes a lot of healthy ingredients and currently still follow those same guidelines. I had an alarm set on my phone to ensure I took each pill timely. If anyone takes thyroid hormone, I was still able to take the formulas, I just made sure to take it at 5am daily so the pills wouldn’t interfere with the absorption of it. Once I began taking the pills, my body began to adapt to the cycle it started. I felt so energized in the mornings and noticed my eyes began to sparkle again and the dark circles round them began to fade. Around 3p, I began to settle down and became more chilled. That lead me to having deep restful nights sleep. I contribute this cycle to my body beginning to heal as it should from the surgeries. I felt like my body wasn’t healing because I couldn’t sleep. Since I stopped the cleanse, I haven’t had an issue with sleeping and believe I’ve been healed of my insomnia. I wanted to do the cleanse again because I thought my insomnia was really bad but so far, I don’t have any issues with falling asleep; I am programmed to wake up at 5am to take my thyroid medicine but then I can fall right back to sleep with no issues. I do notice I dream more and they seem so real now, not sure what it’s called when that happens but I know I wasn’t doing that prior. I really appreciate Dherbs and just ordered the blood cleanse and plan to continue to order what I need to get my body back to optimal condition. The products have given me a step in getting back to my old self. Thank u Dherbs. *

If you have any kind of nervous system issues, this is a MUST have in your daily diet. I suffer for Trigeminal Neuralgia SUPER SUPER PAINFUL and nothing works but diet change and cleaning out your nervous system. I tried this with my last episode and it helped so much!! Will be using this again. *

For starters, I was diagnosed with MS over 20 years ago and have suffered from incontinence because of it for years. Recently I decided to take my health into my own hands, and long story short I have discovered my nerves could be a major factor to regaining my life back. I did the 20 Day Full Body Cleanse and directly after it I performed the 20 Day Nerves Cleanse and Regimen. About a week into the cleanse I noticed I wasn't running to the bathroom every 30 minutes to an hour. When I did have to go, I didn't experience the urgency of having to go and soon I would realize I could actually hold my bladder for longer than 1 minute. I also experienced my bladder not fully emptying which caused me to make multiple bathroom trips per hour, but not during the 20 Day Nerves Cleanse. It also gave me some foot movement with my dropped foot which gave me hope of regaining some of my limited mobility back. I was elated to be able to fully empty my bladder, and the first time it happened I was sitting there thinking, 'OMG, how much water did I drink?'. I only have good things to say about this 20 Day Nerves Cleanse and Regimen. I will be performing it again next month and following it up with the Maintenance Package. Thank you Dherbs! *

I was going to wait to write a review for this cleanse, but I have to tell someone about it. This is day 3 and the last few days I've been as cool as a cucumber. I'm usually stressed or depressed. My nerves have been so calm, my energy has picked up and my memory isn't as foggy as it usually is. I give this product an A++++. This so far is another cleanse that I would use and definitely recommend. *

The Nerve cleanse regime is absolutely amazing, especially for someone like myself that has a very busy mind. It's my go to regime to help cleanse my mind, nerves and body. It felt like I was on a vacation and not much really bothered as much as it did prior to starting the cleanse. I love the way I still felt invigorated to carry on the day but in so calm manner. I did it for 10 days stopped and carry out a further 10 days later on when things started to get hectic again. Thanks Dherbs. *
