This was my first time using Dherbs. I would say to anyone who has had any type of digestive surgery to be careful. There may be some pain or discomfort the first couple of days. I knew my body had become toxic and I need something that would help. This was the best product. This cleanse worked wonders. I feel better, sleep better, skins better. These 10 days were not hard. I had no real cravings. There were times when I was not hungry at all but knew I had to eat something. I lost 14 pounds. I couldn't believe it. I loved most that I did not crave the foods I normally love - CARBS all kinds, SUGAR and DAIRY. Its an amazing product ! I don't think I could do the 21 days. I have to have my Baked Chicken at some point. But eating Raw - I will definitely do more of. I needed the change and Dherbs was that change for me. I have recommended it to others. After using DHerbs 10 day Full Body Cleanse I lost 10 pounds and had so much energy and my skin was clear and I had a glow. I was not a believer, I heard about the product on the radio, I read the reviews from others and still was not a believer. Well, I got the product and I immediately could see and feel a difference. I felt more energized and less sluggish, what a wonderful way to reset your internal clock.
