It was good for awhile but I didn't get to finish the full 10 days because I ended up in the emergency room with kidney stones. I've never had kidney stones before I tried this cleanse. I'm not sure if I will try again or not. *

I have done the 10 day cleanse two different occasions and I think it works good. I was able to drop some unwanted pounds that I couldn't do without the cleanse. The first time I did the cleanse I was a little light headed when trying to exercise I guess it was the change in eating. I would definitely recommend to people who want to do a change. *

This was my first time using Dherbs. I would say to anyone who has had any type of digestive surgery to be careful. There may be some pain or discomfort the first couple of days. I knew my body had become toxic and I need something that would help. This was the best product. This cleanse worked wonders. I feel better, sleep better, skins better. These 10 days were not hard. I had no real cravings. There were times when I was not hungry at all but knew I had to eat something. I lost 14 pounds. I couldn't believe it. I loved most that I did not crave the foods I normally love - CARBS all kinds, SUGAR and DAIRY. Its an amazing product ! I don't think I could do the 21 days. I have to have my Baked Chicken at some point. But eating Raw - I will definitely do more of. I needed the change and Dherbs was that change for me. I have recommended it to others.
