Great product my complexion was very bright and I had more energy. *

I'm currently on Day 4 of the cleanse and I'm already down 5 pounds!! The first couple days was difficult but I pushed through it. It amazes me at how much energy I have! I would highly recommend this cleanse. The steps are easy to follow. I have no funny tastes from any of the product and I feel great after using it. Like I said before, It seemed to give me a boost in energy. *

It was very hard to eat raw fruit and veggies. The first 3 days were the worse by day 4 I had lots of energy. Started feeling good and it was easier to follow the rules. I began to exercise to burn up energy. By day 7 and 8 I wished I had done the Full Body Cleanse. With the 10 day cleanse I lost 8 lbs. I am still following the rules only eat a cooked meal for dinner. All together I have lost 12 lbs. I do plan to do the cleanse again in about another month or so. *

I absolutely love this cleanse. I was dropping off a pound a day. It was hard at first but i stuck to it. Im closer to my goal now then ever. *

With the ten day experts I was able to lose weight. The charcoal is in a league of its own, it is helping lower my blood sugar. I am taking the charcoal by itself. And even after I finished the 10 days the product was still working.I will definitely continue to come back to Dherbs. I told a coworker about Dherbs. S h e is taking the 20 day program and she is loving it. *

I was extremely pleased that an advertised product actually kept it's promise. I did not participate for the weight loss, although I did lose 5.5 lbs. I participated with my husband to see if the cleanse would help lower his cholesterol and pre-diabetic numbers. We don't yet have those numbers but we are hopeful. We both felt like we had more energy, no headaches, slept better and felt more alert during the day. I am also happy for the self-discovery that I am not addicted to chocolate! I had little to no cravings for chocolate or any other sweets. This lets me know that I have the willpower to really cut down on my "sweet" consumption and have not had any since I finished the cleanse. The cleanse also reinforced what I've learned throughout the years regarding better eating. My husband and I have decided to really stick to increasing more vegetables during lunch and dinner and have increased our fruit consumption for breakfast. I have shared these opinions and decisions with friends and family, and have suggested the cleanse to others. As I am a hot food lover, I could not participate in a 30 day cleanse; however, my husband and I will most likely do another cleanse next year before spring. *

Its a great product. I didn't lose any weight but it did help cleanse me just a little bit. *
