I am a true Steve Harvey fan, listen to his show every morning. I am on my 4th day of the 10 day cleanse express and loving it! already lost 3 lbs., stomach is so flat, i have more energy and my mind is overflowing with new ideas, projects and upcoming events i need to do - meaning my thinking is on point! For the past 3 months i have been a winter couch potato, cooking and eating heavy comfort food like crazy! now i am bak kin mood to exercise (zumba) and get this winter weight off of me for spring. I did the 20 day cleanse last February and loved it, lost 18 pounds! then in July i did the maintenance and like it as well, lost 6 more pounds and had so much energy for the summer. So I am looking forward to finishing this 10 day and hopefully losing 10 pounds. but i think i want to do the Full Body again and really get right for summer! At 46 with 3 kids (11, 17 and 23) i try to stay active and eat right but I must say, it is great to still fit in my size 10 clothes that i have had for years, also have people look at me and say wow, you look great! I tell them it's the Dherbs way! Totally believe you have to clean from the inside out! *

DHERBS family today is my tenth day and I feel great!!! I will admit that I had a bump in the road on the 5th day and ate 2 steamed shrimp with my salad but I rebounded and I am finishing on a high note back on track with all RAW veggies nuts and fruit. I have never done a cleansing like this before. But after listening to the Steve Harvey show in the mornings I was completely sold and know this was the best thing for me. I'm starting off with the 10 day express cleanse and take it from there. I know that I will feel 100% better. And also lose weight in the process.
