Thank you!!!!!!!!!!! First let me say how fantastic and helpful your staff is! Brenda was great!!! she helped me with my questions about doing a cleanse. I chose the 10 day Full Body Cleanse because I had never done a cleanse before and wasn't sure I could commit to the big one which is 21 days!! Lol Today is day 10! I did it!! So here's my 10days..... Day 1 SUCKED!!! I had headaches and NO ENERGY. DAY 2.....same as day one....feeling kind of crappy and discouraged. Day 3...woke up feeling pretty good ...while making my CLEANSING TEA my best friend says...."you look different...like ur skin is glowing or something" Day 45678910 were GREAT!!!! I can't tell u how great I feel ON THE INSIDE!!!!!!! The herbs REALLY DO WORK!!! My goal wasn't to "loose weight" but I did. I wanted my INSIDES to feel good clean and in better working condition... This was the BEST decision of my life! Everything, everything in the description of this FBC is what I've experienced. Before FBC Express, I was addicted to sweets, and caffeine. I grew up in home with a mom who's all for healthy living/eating/drinking. Therefore, I'm not new to cleansing etc.... Be that as it may I thought cleansing was doing the master cleanse. WRONG! LOL. FBC has the ability to SHOW you better than anyone can TELL you! You will not be disappointed!!! Best results are met when you stick to regime. I absolutely loved doing this cleanse. I lost 9lbs in 10 days. In my book that is A BIG WIN!!!! I felt better. I had more energy and clearer skin. I've told all my friends about it. This is the second time I've ordered the 10 day Cleanse. Once in October 2014 and again in March 2015. After receiving my products last March I decided that I wasn't in the mood to start. I introduced my niece to Dherbs who suggested that I pull the box out of the closet and start the cleanse with her at the beginning of the New Year. I started Monday, January 4th and as of today Sunday, January 10th I'm down 9.4 pounds. I have followed the plan as instructed, eating raw, taking baths, etc. Thank you DHerbs. *

The 10 Day Full Body Cleanse was well worth it. I felt so much better mentally and physically. It has helped me to jump start a healthier eating plan. I no longer crave sugary foods and have stopped drinking carbonated drinks. Eating raw foods was a challenging but after a couples of days it became easier. I will definitely recommend this product to my friends and family members. *

I decided to use this product 2 months after major surgery. First I lost a pound a day. I have never felt so good due to great sleep, my skin felt great, my energy level was amazing. Oh yes, I cheated one meal but I quickly got on track. I am extremely satisfied with this product and I tell everyone. *

If a true cleanse causes fatigue, chills, fever, sweats - and they should, the 10 Day Full Body Cleanse definitely works! I probably won't start again while working, but if able to relax and meditate most days would be best. I feel confident my liver and pancreas are better off now, as well as my digestion. I still try to keep a 50% raw diet afterwards, because it makes me feel so much better. I plan to repeat this cleanse periodically in the future. *
