Every once in awhile, I find it necessary to clean myself out. Well, the 10 Day Colon Cleanse is the next best thing to a colonoscopy. I can't recall losing any weight, even with the proper diet. However, I did lose an inch or two in my stomach area! Couldn't be more pleased with the product. *

I just completed the 10 day colon clense and I must say it worked but it was a little rough starting out. My stomach was cramping so bad from all the movement going on in my colon. After a day or two the cramps subsided significantly. The daily morning bowel movements assured me that the cleanse was working. I drank plenty of water and stuck strictly to the diet. I lost a total of about 7 lbs and my stomach looks significantly smaller. I also had a colonic performed the day after as the instructions suggested and the hydrotherapist said my colon seemed pretty clean because I didn't have a lot of waste. All and all, I gave it 4 stars because of the cramping and the amount of pills (5) you have to take daily as I'm not big on pills. I suggest this cleanse to anyone looking to jump start their weight loss program. After the clense, you think twice about what you eat and a lot of your cravings for certain foods go away. *

After completing the 10 Day Colon Cleanse I immediately saw results. I felt so much lighter, my stomach has flattened and I am looking forward on performing this cleanse again in the next 6 months. I strongly recommend this cleanse to those of you that have not tried it. It's great! *

The 10 Day Colon Cleanse is definitely well worth the money. It is a mini version of the Full Body Cleanse. Once you are on the 10 Day Colon Cleanse, you feel better, your energy is higher and yes, your stomach does shrink. I lost 5lbs in the first 5 days, and a few more pounds, the last 5 days. I am not sure how much I lost because I wasn't able to get to the scale the morning after i finished the 10 day cleanse, but I feel great.
