Every once in awhile, I find it necessary to clean myself out. Well, the 10 day supreme colon cleanse is the next best thing to a colonoscopy. The product worked but I felt that it was too much for me to do with the crazy hectic sched I have. I work as a restaurant manager and my hours are all over the place so I found it hard to follow. You should come up with a 2 or 3 step procedure for ppl like me. Other than that it cleaned me out. *
