The 10 Day colon cleanse was beneficial to me resulting in weigh loss and a serious scrub of my colon. I initially wanted to do this as a follow-up to the FBD and moving to some next level life changes. The benefits not only improved my overall health, but resulted in my administrator asking me about my wardrobe. The change was more visible since my pants were too big, not just baggy. After completing the 10- day Colon Cleanse, I couldn't believe how much better I felt. During the cleanse I would be sitting at my desk and have a lot of energy and I just felt good. My story begins by venturing to a holistic health center, where I was to obtain my first ever colonic irrigation.
