10 Day Electric Green Combo Regimen is an excellent product, I write lots of reviews but only because these products are great and they really work. I am one of the biggest advocates of the Dherbs products and this is another amazing one, I have tried many different herbal formulas and Dherbs is the one that does what it says. I couldn't find anything to help kickstart my weight-loss after the doctors released me from having my two sons. I naturally have a good amount of energy yet the 10 Day Electric Greens Combo Regimen gave me more energy DURING A CLEANSE! In other words, it is common for folks to feel sluggish at the onset of a cleanse or detox. The first few or all of the days are tiring for many. I felt great after the first day ! The morning after the first day of starting the electric greens combo cleanse, I felt amazing. Using the food combo chart, it was easy to combine the fruits and vegetables I enjoy eating. I never felt hungry and my physical and mental health sky rocketed. I did the 10 Day Electric Greens Combo Regimen and it was amazing. I had a target weight of 15lbs to loose and I'm there. The first day was but the hardest day for me was the 3rd day. So on the first day of this cleanse, I weighed 154 lbs. I'll tell anyone that it was a challenge eating raw foods for an entire 10 days, to top it off, I had visited New York for 24 hours for my grandmother. As day 10 was finished I felt a whole lot more energized. I don't even need caffeine anymore. On the other hand though, it was a little annoying that almost as soon as I get off the cleanse, now I'm having respiratory issues. So I checked this morning about my weight, I LOST 6 lbs (148 lbs). The 10 day electric green combo regimen was worth the money. I think I lost a total of 10 pounds, but more importantly, I felt energized throughout. I exercise often and was concerned with feeling tired, but that didn't happen with this cleanse. *
