I found the 10 Days Electric Greens Combo Regimen to be very gentle and rejuvenating. Afterwards I felt very clear in my mind, body and spirit. *

So on the first day of this cleanse, I weighed 154 lbs. I'll tell anyone that it was a challenge eating raw foods for an entire 10 days, to top it off, I had visited New York for 24 hours for my grandmother. As day 10 was finished I felt a whole lot more energized. I don't even need caffeine anymore. On the other hand though, it was a little annoying that almost as soon as I get off the cleanse, now I'm having respiratory issues. So I checked this morning about my weight, I LOST 6 lbs (148 lbs). This was a worthy cleanse and I definitely recommend it for those beginning their cleanses. In the future I will be either doing the respiratory cleanse or the Full Body Cleanse. The 10 day electric green combo regimen was worth the money. I think I lost a total of 10 pounds, but more importantly, I felt energized throughout. I exercise often and was concerned with feeling tired, but that didn't happen with this cleanse. *

I had no idea just how powerful this product was, until i started the Electric Greens Combo cleanse, and....WOW!! The impact was so great that I had to stop the cleanse after five days.
