The Flora Balance Cleanse brings the devil out of you. For the first 2 days I was good. By day 3, I turned into the evil being that just wanted everything that had sugar in it. After the 10 days I didn't notice a difference. The cleanse did not start to process till 2 weeks later. I lost 10 pounds, I no longer have the craving for cake. The best part is that I didn't have any yeast buildup (vaginal). For some reason the sex was better. I will definitely be doing this again. *

I enjoyed the 10 Day Flora Balance Cleanse! It really helped with my sugar cravings. I purposely tried to eat candy after this cleanse to see if it worked. Not only did I not want the sugar but I ate a lot less of it. I don't even keep sweets in my house anymore. I took this cleanse for a personal reason and my symptoms went away but there were a few of them that were significantly lessened. My skin did break out with itchy patches in some areas and I'm not sure what that's about but I just keep my skin moisturized. I ordered the Full Body Cleanse and will be starting on Saturday. I want to continue healing my vessel and see just how far I can go! Thanks Dherbs! *

Flora Balance Cleanse was great and I lost 13 pounds! I chose the Flora Balance cleanse because I've read that if you're overweight, you almost certainly have candida overgrowth. I also have had antibiotics before and read that it contributes to overgrowth. That said, I never did a stool test to prove it but went with my gut and did a candida cleanse. I stuck to the raw diet for the entire ten days and did the recommended bath soaks about 5 or 6 days as well. Day 2 was the hardest, I woke up with a headache and felt very tired and fatigued and had to force myself to eat a salad. I slept most of the day and felt normal again by the evening. I suggest starting this cleanse on a Friday so you can have 2 weekends to cope with any difficult side effects. The other days I felt great and have used the cleanse as a jump start to a weight loss journey (I need to lose 100 pounds). After the cleanse, I don't have any cravings for sweets like I used to and have continued to eat healthy, mostly vegan, but I'm not trying to be a vegan. It's been about 4 days since I finished the cleanse and I haven't even drank anything besides water. I feel really clean and focused and want to keep it going. I did not workout at all during the cleanse, but started back on Monday (first day after cleanse) although exercise is OK while cleansing. I listened to my body and decided not to overdo it though. I highly recommend this cleanse and suggest that you plan your meals well in advance. You can get creative with salads by adding nuts (I sometimes glazed mine in maple syrup, cinnamon, and nutmeg) and fruits like peaches, apples. I had smoothies for breakfast (made with a basic blender, not anything expensive), a big salad for lunch, and smoothies or raw veggies for dinner. As long as you commit to it you can do it! *

The 10 Day Flora Balance Cleanse is great. I was a person that would get chronic yeast infections and this cleanse has helped balance my sugar levels and maintaining normal levels of flora levels. My stomach hasn't even been bloated ever since. I would do this twice a year to maintain my results. Thanks DHERBS! *

I ordered the 10 Day Full Body Cleanse Express in March but kept putting it off. By the end of September, I wanted a reset and cleanse. I pulled the box out and I'm glad that I did. I lost ~16 lbs, there was a noticeable difference in my skin and body within those 10 days. It's a great kickstart and not harsh on your stomach. I plan to do this reset again soon. *
