I was impressed with the 10 day Full Body Cleanse. I felt my biggest challenge would be eating raw for 10 days. I really didn’t miss eating meat at all. Con: slight headache the first day. Pros: lost 8 lbs; inflammation in ankles and feet diminished tremendously. Just placed an order for my husband. *
