I only started with 5 days but this cleanse really reset my body. I notice i didn’t have the gassy/bloating feeling. I now know what was effecting my skin and scalp once i started to reintroduce food back in after the cleanse. I’m going to do it every month to reset my body. These products truly work! I use the bathroom more and lost several inches around my waist and stomach!!!! *

I love having access to the 10-Day Full Body Cleanse as a reset between my 20-Day Full Body Cleanses—especially if it’s been a couple of months and I’ve had some days of eating less-than-ideal foods. It’s a great way to eliminate that extra unhealthy waste and shed a few additional pounds. Plus, I find it easier to commit to mentally. I usually do this cleanse 3 times a year, but I purchase the 20 day full body. I chose the 10 day cleanse to get all the holiday food I consumed out, for a fresh start. I lost 10lbs by day 9 and 2inches. I like 10 because there’s less pills to consume *

I completed the 10-day Full Body Cleanse after I felt I had a failed attempt at completing the 20-day Full Body Cleanse. I learned how to care for myself on a deeper holistic level. I love that both the 10-day and 20-day cleanses have a booklet as a guide and helpful information to complete the cleanse. It was a learning and wonderful experience. I will do the 20-day Full Body Cleanse a year later and follow up with the maintenance package. I did not experience any food cravings or body odor, and I gained a better sleep routine when taking and after the Full Body Cleanse. It was a challenge in my mind not to eat comfort foods. I found this cleanse easy to do in that it was only 10 days opposed to the 20 days on the Full Body Cleanse. I lost about 7 lbs. and my energy was good. I seemed to sleep better, my skin was glowing and overall I just felt great!! I highly recommend this cleanse and I would use it again (as maintenance) in between doing the Full Body Cleanse twice a year. *

The product worked really well. My blood was cleansed. Blood pressure in normal range, sugar levels in normal range. Got good doctors report. Cholesterol dropped from 533 to 189, I said WoW!!!!!!!!!!!! *
