I love that both the 10-day and 20-day cleanses have a booklet as a guide and helpful information to complete the cleanse. It was a learning and wonderful experience. I will do the 20-day Full Body Cleanse a year later and follow up with the maintenance package. I found this cleanse easy to do in that it was only 10 days opposed to the 20 days on the Full Body Cleanse. I lost about 7 lbs. and my energy was good.
