If you follow this down to the "T" you will definitely lose the weight. I lost 11lbs in 10 days and the first three days were hard, but then i got it. The menus are actually great and taught me that I can take a break from meat sometimes. *

Excellent Cleanse program. I slept better and woke up rested. I lost 6 lbs. I did get a few acne breakouts which only told me that the cleanse did work, doing everything I wanted it to do, cleanse. I thought it was easier to follow because of the two tea bags and 15 herb pills instead of 30 *

Happy howdy folks! Let me tell you how excited I am about my 10-day experience. I felt energized during the 10-day Full Body Cleanse express. I slept better, My skin more of a shine than usual; and I passed a parasite! Yes, I passed a parasite. I always say it's better out than in. This was the 2nd time (that I am aware of) in my adult life, that I had passed a parasite. This one appeared to be roughly 5-inches long and 1-inch wide. I was so happy to see it within my stool. I did a celebratory dance because to me, it was the icing on the 10-day Full Body Cleanse express cake. As a result, currently, I am on day 7 of my 20-day Full Body Cleanse.
