It was great, I will be doing the 20 day cleanse next. The worst part is the charcoal. I felt great, once the stomach cramping subsided, and lost 7 pounds. *

My wife, daughter and I did the 10 day cleanse together. It was such a great experience for us all. Only thing we didn’t like was taking 15 pills daily. We got through it. We all felt better and have change our way of eating. I lost 18lbs, my wife 10 and daughter 9. We will do it again after Thanksgiving. 10 days worked for us. I tried at least 3 of the recipes. We enjoyed the 3 bean vegan chili, cauliflower poppers, sweet potatoes. They were all hmmm hmmm good. *

The 10 day cleanse was ok. It really cleanses your body but it did not give me any energy. I did not loose the amount of weight I wanted to loose but I did loose some. I would recommend this product. Because each individual is different and everyone would have different results. *

I did not know what to expect, but I tried it for the full ten days, I feels much lighter and my skin has this beautiful glow. I lost 8 pounds. I followed it the best I could, overall I am very pleased with the product. The charcoal I did not use, I felt that it was not helping me. I will try the 20 days because the 10 days was so beneficial. *

May need one more cleanse, I feel better but think one more would put me over the top. *

I read the reviews prior to starting this product. As stated the first three days were the hardest. I didn't lose much weight but I felt better. I enjoyed most of the recipes. My blood pressure was down so much my doctor was even excited. This product did interfere with my night medication. I had to figure out the best way to approach it. I will try the 10 day again. Not sure if I am ready to do the 20 day cleansing. *

I think the program was nice, it helped me to focus more on what I have been putting in my body, this was my first time going on any type of body clean. I know this is something I will be doing once a year now it helped me cleanse my system and I have a lot more energy after the 10 day Full Body Cleanse. *

I loved the 10 day Full Body Cleanse Express. I suffer from constipation and while on the cleanse, I went to the bathroom every day and lost weight. I had nonstop energy, felt great, and my mood was amazing. Now, I'm ready to do the Weight Release Cleanse! *
