On July 12, 2021 I accomplished my 10 day Express Cleanse and I am feeling great. The process only works by following the regimen. I was excited to see the scale, 17lbs down as of July 12. I am feeling clean, lighter, energized, no craving of Pepsi soda but more importantly no perimenopause symptoms! My plan is to use every 6 months and I wouldn't be a good friend if I didn't refer to my buddies. Get your mind right & get into it...it works.
