It really cleaned me out without any harsh reactions. The steps were clear and it helped to maintain my daily intake. I had a few headaches here and there but I noticed the difference in my body. I completed the 10-day cleanse and have been really happy with some changes that have occurred. On July 12, 2021 I accomplished my 10 day Express Cleanse and I am feeling great. The process only works by following the regimen. I was excited to see the scale, 17lbs down as of July 12. I am feeling clean, lighter, energized, no craving of Pepsi soda but more importantly no perimenopause symptoms! My plan is to use every 6 months and I wouldn't be a good friend if I didn't refer to my buddies. Get your mind right & get into it...it works. After my 10 day Express Cleanse, I have also purchased the weight release capsule to help me even more. *

The first cleanse I have ever completed because of the straightforward program and easy to follow plan. I spent a couple days preparing for the cleanse, searching your recipe site, writing down foods to eat and when and shopping for items to have on hand. I found preparing was half the mental commitment. I had pretty bad gut issues and within a few days saw great results. The combination of the herbs/supplements and dietary changes obviously worked synergistically. I am 5'8" and weigh 130, so I did have to adjust the number of pills I took from 5 to 3 with excellent results. I did lose some weight but it was more fluid type, saw less wrinkles and felt incredibly lighter and my body changed for the better. That was in May and I'm about to start another 10 day cleanse. Side note: Please have an expedited shipping option as 7 days in transit for supplements of any kind is not good! Thanks for your efforts in making this an excellent program. The 10 day cleanse is the best. It's a short pick you up to get your body feeling great in a short time. I definitely recommend the 10 day cleanse. Best product ever to help with my weight loss journey! The tea itself tasted good and no sugar or honey is needed to make it taste better! It curves the hunger in you, I tried the raw foods but couldn’t for 10 days… but I was still able to shed some weights off. I did steamed veggies and lots of fruits. Still the best and I exercise a lot, I am a runner, and I do boxing as well! So yeah, the best weight loss product for sure. Now the pills on the other hand, 15 a day…wow!
