This 10 day cleanse not only helped me to lose weight, it helped with energy, I felt a whole lot better afterwards mentally and physically. My eating habits have changed since I had this product. I wasn’t a pill taker at all, so when I got the pills in the mail I said to my self "these are too big I’m not taking these". So I thought and prayed for about two weeks and decided to take the pills and it was the best decision. I will be doing this 10 day cleanse again. *

The first time I tried the Full Body Cleanse Express I could feel my digestive organs thanking me for clearing out all the dead matter stuck in my system. This was my 3rd time doing the cleanse (2-10 days and 1-20 day) over a few years time. I felt amazing after each use. I had more energy and was able to stop depending on caffeine to keep me going. This cleanse is excellent. I thought the pills would not agree with me, however I was pleasantly surprised. The morning tea was very soothing to my stomach, and each pill somehow made me feel full. I did not experience and side effects, or jitters. The charcoal was also very easy on my stomach as well. I am very impressed with this cleanse. I lost 11 pounds. I am seriously considering the 20 day cleanse. I have also recommended this product to my sister who has suffered for years with her weight. Thank you for making a very healthy cleanse product. I know if I allow myself to get off track I have a product that works and is very safe and gentle for my body. *

The 10 day Full Body Cleanse was a challenge for me being that you have to be on a plant based diet. I have to admit that I had to gradually go into the full plant base edit because the first three days I had a headache but I assume it was my body cleansing. By day four I felt better and more committed to the diet. I did drop pounds and my overly addictive craving for sugar had gone. I felt more energized, not sluggish at all and what I wanted to eat before was not what I wanted any longer. I am doing this again and maybe doing to Full cleanse. I would definitely recommend. *

I just like how the 20 day Full Body Cleanse, cleansed me out better than anything. I did try the 10 Express Cleanse and I found it easier to keep up with. *

Have been wanting to try DHerbs for the last 5 years! Don't know why I waited so long. The 10 cleanse is great, I felt lighter after the first two days. 12lbs down and will continue to incorporate a lot of the recipes into my daily eating. Will purchase again in the 3-5 months. *
