The Cleanse is a really good jump start to an exercise program or rejuvenation for the body. It is important to follow the timeline for taking the each component as well as focusing on a clean diet for maximum results. Three days prior to receiving the product I started eating fresh fruit and veggies, along with increasing my intake of water which helped me ease into the use of the products. My mind became less foggy and there was no bloating. I will definitely try the 20-day cleanse next to boost me to the next level. Most of all, stay focused, surround yourself with positive vibes - be selfish and do this for yourself, your health. *

Wonderful maintenance after doing the 20 day FBC. Less pills, but still effective. I lost about 1/2 of the weight of the 20 day version. Love the tea, which should be included with the 20 day FBC. Maybe the charcoal should be included with the tea, to mask the taste/consistency. Have lost over 30 lbs in 1 year by doing quarterly FBCs. This is a great weight-loss aids. *

I have used this product in the past and have been very pleased, however, this particular time all of my Tea Bags were unusable. The pouches were not secured and particles floated in the tea, so I was unable to use them. *

I loved it..I lost weight in the first few days..if you stick to what it says you can't fail..I felt more energetic and healthier...I have also advised all my friends to try it...It really works...It cleanses your system from all the gunk...I did have headaches for a few days but they went away which it does tell you that in the brochure you get.. everything it said was accurate... recommend this any and everyone. *

I completed the 10 day cleanse recently. This will be by second time doing so. The first time was in 2018. I love this regiment because the supplements were very gentle on my stomach and I felt great at the end of the cleanse ! As well, I really love the great recipes that they have to give you ideas of what to eat along with the cleanse. I will definitely continue using those because they look scrumptious !!! *
