I loved it..I lost weight in the first few days..if you stick to what it says you can't fail..I felt more energetic and healthier...I have also advised all my friends to try it...It really works...It cleanses your system from all the gunk...I did have headaches for a few days but they went away which it does tell you that in the brochure you get.. everything it said was accurate... recommend this any and everyone. *

I completed the 10 day cleanse recently. This will be by second time doing so. The first time was in 2018. I love this regiment because the supplements were very gentle on my stomach and I felt great at the end of the cleanse ! As well, I really love the great recipes that they have to give you ideas of what to eat along with the cleanse. I will definitely continue using those because they look scrumptious !!! *

The 10-day the Full Body Express Cleanse was wonderful. I lost weight around the waist area and my skin and hair looks amazing. This is the third time I have used the cleanse, each time I get healthier. My body feels great, I do not crave sugars and salt products at all. I avoid meats and I tell you, the inside of my body feels so clean! I am happy about DHerbs products they are amazing!!!!! 100% The 10 days wasn't as bad I thought it would have been. I was not in and out the bathroom and the pills did not cramp my stomach. The tea was pleasant tasting both hot and cold. Eating "clean" was a challenge but, I did it. I find pre preparing my meals VERY helpful...it helps with not second guessing on what to eat and from not grabbing a quick bite from the nearest fast food restaurant. I felt my insides were clean because my stool was "clean". An added bonus to this cleanse was the fact I lost 5 pounds. Now, if I have to say anything negative about the product...it would the charcoal....hated it, didn't understand it and the taste was.....charcoal! *

Great products, I have used the 10 day and 20 day cleanses. I really do recommend them for a great feeling and energy - a must try. I lost 7 pounds on the 10 day fb express cleanse and 11 pounds on the 20 day cleanse. I will use quarterly bc there is no harsh bowel movements. The raw diet was the hardest part but I will do it again. Great product! *

I had a heart attack in 2019. I started doing the cleanse as a way to help me stay healthy. I loved it! My skin was smoother and brighter. I did cheat a little and probably ate more fruit than I should have. I also hate raw nuts so I would eat nuts that were honey roasted or something like that. I still ended up losing about 10 pounds. I am about to do the cleanse for about the 3rd or 4th time. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the activated charcoal. It can be annoying to handle or manage. It doesn't really have a taste, but I struggle sometimes with the texture. Other than that the pills are easy to swallow (this is big for someone like me) and 10 days is just the right amount of time. *

I completed the 20 day cleanse about two years ago and lost 10 pounds. However, I cheated a little. I decided the 20 days is too long, so I only did three days an I lost 5 pounds. I also was experiencing mucus buildup, and could not seem to clear it up. Still on day 3 and I am releasing mucus. At first I thought it was a cold but I can actually feel the breakdown in my throat and chest. Can't wait for the end result. I will definitely be moving on to the Blood Cleanse, and Mucus Tea. *
