This is the 2nd time I have used this. It works very well and I usually take half the dosage, so it last longer. I don't take medications and the effects are smoother. The activated carbon is a mess but I usually pour it in a ziplock so it's easier to manage. You might consider a more user friendly package. I will probably keep doing this every year. Thank you! *

The idea of the cleanse is good and if you are a picky person who doesn't have a variety of vegetables and nuts that you like to eat this won't work. No one tells you that you have to take 15 pills a day (it would be a nice heads up). After the first time it became difficult to get those things down. I like how light I felt and not overly full, but I was stuck on smoothies and salads because unfortunately I'm a picky eater. I tried some of the raw recipes on the sight, but I couldn't stomach half the stuff. I have a mild allergy to all nuts except peanuts (peanuts being one of the no no's) so I had to drink protein powder to get my protein intake. Overall, its difficult for someone like me, but the concept is good. *

My second day I had the worst headache but if you are familiar with doing a cleanse you know this is totally normal. After day two I did not experience any more headaches. I feel so much better no more bloating heavy feeling in my stomach area and I lost a total of 18 pounds. I will definitely be doing this again next month. *

When I tell you these products work!!! Wow. I’m a healthy and active person. I workout 5-7 days a week. My body is in pretty good shape except this mom pouch stomach I can’t seem to get rid off. I’ve tried multiple things including not eating carbs at all but nothing worked. Couldn’t get past 130 lbs for the life of me. I did the 10 day cleanse and I started dropping lbs in the first 2 days. I’ve gone from 130 down to 125 and even though that doesn’t seem like a lot, it’s weight I’ve never been able to get down to. My stomach is obviously flatter and you can see some abs poking out...it’s amazing. I will continue to use this every 3-6 months. Love it! *

Product did exactly as promised. Cleaned the system, helped all impurities to expel without stomach cramping. Body feels a little lighter and not heavy and bloated. Love the tea and charcoal which helped to clear system. *
