I lost 8 lbs on the 10 day cleanse and have kept it off. It was an awesome cleanse for wanting to do a shorter time than the 20 day, plus less capsules. I am definitely going to do the 10 day cleanse again. The first couple days I felt a bit fatigued and sluggish but that quickly changed and I actually felt great! *

The 10 day full cleanse was easier than I thought it would be. I was able to lose 12 pounds which was great because I had been stuck at the same weight for months no matter what I did. I have always loved fruits and vegetables so not eating meat wasn't too bad for me. I will definitely incorporate eating raw foods at least 2 -3 days a week going forward. I had a lot more energy. *

I am 4 days in the cleanse. Doing well. The herbs do not upset my stomach and the tea doesn't taste bad. It's completely doable. Before the cleanse my brain was not connected to my stomach. I would eat without being hungry. Quantities were too big. Now I'm simply trying to reset. I have around 10 lbs to lose. *

I am currently deployed overseas and I will say to get to the Middle East it took about 10 days. I took the product and it was great to jump start my weight loss Covid 19 hit hard but the cleanse helped me fight off everything. I usually do the 20 day I tried this and it was perfect I have continued losing weight even after I completed the regiment! I purchased the 10 day Full Body Cleanse express for a quick jumpstart to changing my lifestyle for the better. My cholesterol was a little high & I wanted to bring it back down to normal levels. I followed the meal plan as best as I could and overall I had great energy (I was able to get up early with no problems & I AM NOT a morning person), I dropped 10lbs, my skin cleared up a bit and I know my body was ridding itself of impurities.
