I was skeptical about this at first because I've tried so many products before without much successful. The 10 day Full Body Cleanse was the best thing I've ever done. I lost 7lbs, my inflammation went down, my skin was glowing and I had more energy throughout the day. It took getting use to all the pills but after the first few days it was a lot easier. The recipes they provide were a big help so I never felt hungry during the cleanse. I ordered the maintenance package because I don't want to go back to the way I was feeling before the cleanse.
