This 10 day cleanse, to me, was a shorter version of the Full Body Cleanse. It went very quickly. I didn't notice too many changes because I had just finished the Anti-V Cleanse, but I'm sure it helped to continue cleansing my insides. As usual, thank you Dherbs. *
