It was a different experience. I followed the plan as it stated and ate raw fruits, veggies and nuts. I also tried a few of the FBC approved recipes on the website, because I didn't want to get bored with the food, and end up losing my momentum. Although I didn't notice any fat loss, I ended up losing 11 lbs, which was probably water weight and impurity release. *

Let's talk about the glow with my skin that I experienced. It was noticeable by me and others (over zoom at that). I actually felt better and received about a 8.5 lbs weight loss. I was already a vegetarian so the change in diet to raw wasn't as extreme for me. I think not having cold water was the worse part for me but other than that I didn't have any issues with food and the headache for the 1st couple of days (mine was from caffeine withdrawal) goes away. 10 Day cleanse is quick, by the time you get tired, it's over. You feel better, healthier, and more energetic. Along with th exercise, you can lose some weight.
