Taking 15 pills a day was a bit much. That took some getting used to. The cleanse did clean me out but I did not lose any weight. *

I love this product. I did the 10 day cleanse for my 59th birthday in San Diego last September. I felt totally in control with the supplements and it was really easy to eat raw vegan foods and drink lots of water and tea. I also did a series of 3 colonics during the cleanse and the products helped me eliminate more thoroughly.
