One of the best products ever! I normally cleanse every 6 months, and I've also started my 8 year old on some of the products. I did the 10 day Full Body Cleanse and I lost 13 pounds .The 1st 3 days was hard just doing raw fruits and vegetables but after that it became easier. Drinking so much water has me going to the restroom a lot but I must say it was well worth it. I am going to start the new year doing the 20 day cleanse but this time I will make sure that I meal prep. Finding DHerbs approved meals to make was the hardest part but this next time I will be ready. I highly recommend the cleanse to anyone that is trying to jump start their weight loss. Oh BTW taking 25 pills a day was not a problem at all for me. *
